Meetings are back in full swing, and Naperville has the amenities, flexibility, and range of options to make it an ideal meeting destination!

Naperville’s full-service hotels are a great choice for large meetings and events. The Marriott can seat over 500 guests, and the Hotel Arista and the Embassy Suites have over 15,000 and 14,000 sq. ft. of flexible meeting space, respectively. Hotel Indigo partners with Elements banquet venue, which can accommodate 10 to 100 people in a private meeting space and 230 guests in their ballroom.

Naperville also has several excellent large meeting venues not directly connected to hotels. We have two new locations in this category that are opening soon,  The Crawford and The Matrix Club!
