Michelin star chef Yani Sanchez will lead the culinary charge. Sanchez, who is widely known in Chicago for her beloved (now shuttered) restaurant Sabor Saveur, is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of Mexico and the Ecole de Paris Patisserie Boulangerie in France.  Her illustrious career has also included stints at the Ritz Carlton in Paris, the Mayan Palace in Acapulco and Cancun, and, more recently, Mercado Cocina Cantina in Glenview, IL.
